PUCK AND ITS VISION OF COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

Agence Puck 24 March 2022 0

Like it or not, community management is a discipline that communication agencies have had to take into account. The development of social networks has made it a channel, even a mode of communication, that a communication agency must put to good use. The community manager is often seen as the mere administrator or host of a Facebook page. Yet their effectiveness goes far beyond this. Today, it would even be fairer to think of them as the manager of social media and a spokesperson for the company.

What is a community manager?

The community manager is often seen as the mere administrator or host of a Facebook page. Yet their effectiveness goes far beyond this. Today, it would even be fairer to think of them as the manager of social media and a spokesperson for the company.

The Community Manager is the guardian of their company's e-reputation (in the age of the precautionary principle, that's no small thing). They are a strategist, a creator, an influencer and a unifier. A true Swiss army knife for the company's voice on the social networks we all use, they adapt and always find new angles to interest internet users and build their loyalty through the content they share.

They have a broad web culture. They are up to date with the latest social media trends. They are very good at reacting to the news.

Community management in B2B?

In 2022, having a community manager for your company is becoming essential. This requires understanding the importance of a presence on social networks and on the internet in general. Today, Community Managers are often found in companies in BtoC, where the role of community facilitator and technical knowledge of the products are less of an issue.

In BtoB, the position is more strategic. Companies often instinctively entrust it to a young intern who will supposedly be more at ease with social networks. But BtoB companies selling complex products must understand that the Community Manager has an ambassador role and must therefore know the company, its products and how it works in order to be effective on the web and within communities.

It's important to add that the Community Manager is a cog in a machine that can bring together graphic designers, copywriters and project managers…

What is the Community Manager's mission?

As well as mastering the tools needed for the job, the Community Manager must understand the needs of their community in order to interact judiciously with its members.

  1. A social media strategist

After carrying out complete monitoring of the business sector and the company, they will be able to propose an effective communication strategy for social networks. They set precise objectives in order to track progress, analyse results and so adapt their strategy as well as possible.
    (Audit – Strategy – Objectives – Analysis)

  2. Engagement is a priority

More plainly, this means the interactions we have with subscribers and followers. A CM's objective is to turn this follower into an ambassador for the brand or product. Once engaged, this ambassador will automatically share, like and comment on certain posts, which will multiply their visibility. This is what we call curated content, and it's how you create “buzz”.
(Interactions – brand ambassador – Virality)

  3. Guardian of e-reputation and outstanding moderator

Moderation can't be left to interns or amateurs, because a company's e-reputation is quicker to destroy than to build. It's one of the CM's key skills and highlights expertise in crisis management. Their role is to ensure a positive debate that can maintain this e-reputation. To do this, listening to their community attentively and above all responsively is crucial.
Within the company, the CM enables their team to constantly improve its projects by passing information back, such as complaints, or by launching constructive discussions about services, products or processes.
(Influence leader – crisis management – passing information back)

  4. A content creator

A Community Manager's skills also include knowing how to create fresh, original content: writing blog articles, writing posts for social networks… If everyone now looks for information directly on the web, a content marketing strategy must be put in place to meet contemporary expectations and questions.

AT AGENCE PUCK WE LOVE THE SPIRIT OF HOCKEY

Agence Puck 22 March 2022 0

In ice hockey, the puck is the disc around which all the play revolves. The player shoots this vulcanised rubber disc, 2.5 cm thick and 7.62 cm in diameter, towards the opponent's goal or net using a stick. It's made so that it slides on the surface and doesn't roll on its edge.

There is of course an analogy with our agency. Our job is a team activity, with the difference that we are on the same team as our clients. We have the same objective: to score goals through bold creative strategies while cultivating agility and responsiveness. At Agence Puck we love challenges, so we love the spirit of ice hockey.

puck in mythology and in advertising

Agence Puck 25 February 2022 0

Puck was originally a small fairy creature from Celtic mythology, found in Ireland, western Scotland and Wales. Also nicknamed “Jack-o'-Lantern”, this character is a cunning sprite who plays tricks and changes shape. This little sprite has the ability to take on various forms, both terrifying and pleasing.

PUCK in the theatre

This character was later taken up on stage, around 1594, by Shakespeare for his A Midsummer Night's Dream, in which Puck is a mischievous sprite also known as Robin Goodfellow. The author takes up the characteristics of the little spirit Puck from mythology and sends him on all kinds of adventures. This little sprite, a servant of Oberon, King of the Fairies, casts spells on people to get what he wants from them. He tries to catch the attention of those he meets through his creativity and inventiveness. He is full of ideas, always bouncing back and creating better ideas than the day before. Puck has fun with confusions of words and situations to create something new and make the play ever more captivating for the audience. Through the spells he casts on those around him, he shows them what he wants them to see. One thinks in particular of the scene in which he gives Nick Bottom the head of a donkey, yet it is with him that Titania, Queen of the Fairies, falls in love when she wakes.

agence puck

At Puck we have taken on a little of this mischievous spirit to play with the emotions of internet users, readers and viewers. That's partly the role of advertising: to catch people's attention, to lead them to think something, then to surprise them with an unexpected conclusion.

THE DEATH OF PIERRE CARDIN: why his licensing strategy was a brand positioning mistake

Agence Puck 25 February 2022 0

Pierre Cardin, a true symbol of success, has died at the age of 98. A style icon, inventor of futuristic fashion and leading luxury couturier of the 1950s, he was recognised by his peers as one of the most brilliant of his generation. An undisputed pioneer of globalisation in the 1960s, Pierre Cardin was one of the first to see its importance, hence his licensing strategy, which made him one of the five best-known French people in the world at that time.

Thanks to these licences, his fortune was estimated at 600 million euros in 2018, according to the annual ranking drawn up by Forbes. He built this fortune by granting the right to use his name in exchange for a royalty. In this respect, he must be recognised as having always been a skilful negotiator.

A licensing strategy and its limits

Following the extreme proliferation of licences granted by the couturier in fields of activity that were sometimes very far removed from fashion, the term “cardinisation” entered marketing jargon. It is now used to illustrate the dangers luxury brands run when they overuse licences.

While licences are a good means of development, somewhat like franchising for a retail chain, you must control their consistency with your brand equity. Even though he defended himself by showing that he had total control over these partnerships, there is one thing he didn't control: the dispersion of his brand positioning.

A brand isn't just a logo on a product

A brand is first and foremost the birth of a legitimate idea (in the minds of consumers) corresponding to a promise made by the company for a product or range. By applying his name to, and so endorsing, such a wide range of products, he strayed from this promise of Cardin style and lost positioning. Little by little, he left the world of luxury and eroded his brand equity. It is now by no means certain that it will survive its creator.

Let's remember too that as far back as the 1990s, he had already granted so many licences that many of his products ended up in second-hand shops for lack of buyers in traditional retail.

Cardin is one example, but he isn't the only one.

Take the Fauchon brand, originally a successful grocery shop on Place de la Madeleine in 1880. The company positioned itself on the luxury gastronomy market, then diversified by moving extensively into traditional retail, gradually tarnishing its image and original positioning. In 2020, the Fauchon subsidiary was placed in compulsory liquidation.

DOES PRINT STILL HAVE A PLACE IN MARKETING STRATEGIES

Agence Puck 29 October 2021 0

THE ECONOMIC LOCKDOWN, AND AFTER? WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

Agence Puck 4 October 2020 0

Our businesses have been heavily affected by this period of lockdown, hence growing uncertainty in companies. The many crises that have marked our economies have shown us that while they are totally unpredictable and all different, the reactions of many companies are less so. This often results in counterproductive strategies.

Cutting marketing actions until further notice

Of course, companies will have to monitor the impact of this crisis, and economic decisions will have to be taken. However, your marketing strategies are there to help you reach out to your markets. So it's essential to prepare for what comes next by reassessing these strategies and being ready to restart the machine early enough, while your competitors are still asking themselves questions.

Three advantages of acting this way:

  • Taking advantage of others' absence at restart to occupy the ground.
  • Avoiding further feeding the fall in revenue.
  • Getting ahead, because in time everything will pick up again.

Falling silent

Companies often lose their voice, whereas they should be managing their communication as precisely as possible with all their stakeholders.

Internal communication is certainly important, but so are customers, taking into account their expectations and environment, almost like one-to-one communication. With these people, it's essential to keep your remarks concise and not produce long corporate messages that nobody reads.

Communicating regularly is also key, and there are enough channels to avoid being repetitive or intrusive.

To do this, the company and its management must make sure they set up a communication unit that will help them build and spread messages, and also monitor developments so as to occupy the business ground at the first signs of recovery, while others remain on the defensive.

In short, when everything stops and everyone is uncertain, you have to know how to anticipate and be a contrarian.

NEW WEBMARKETING TRENDS 2020

Agence Puck 30 June 2020 0

The recent societal events we have experienced are forcing us to rethink our vision of digital as a real driver of growth. Many companies are prioritising “digital-first” investments to ensure business continuity. Whether large or small, companies will be able to use new digital marketing techniques to stay in touch with customers and keep developing B2B and B2C business opportunities.

These techniques will make it possible to go even further, with the ability to build powerful experiences by combining technology and storytelling.

Live streaming, now that Zoom is here

Having grown strongly during lockdown, live streaming is an opportunity not to be missed, even for BtoB companies. In fact, the uses of live streaming have yet to be developed now that the habit is there. One huge advantage of these live videos is that they are watched for 42 minutes on average, compared with around 90 seconds on average for conventional videos. Here are a few ideas for making the most of live video in a B2B strategy.

  1. Launching a new product – the chance to show a product live to your customer base and gather questions and reactions in real time.
  2. “Behind the scenes” at events – you can show what goes on behind the scenes, show that you are active in your sector and prove the commitment of your teams behind the camera.
  3. Training videos such as webinars and Q&As – very relevant for your audience. These formats position you as an expert in your sector, especially if you are able to answer customer questions live.

Social commerce... Yes, even in BtoB

Social commerce as conceived in BtoC seems a long way from the expectations of BtoB companies. It should be seen rather as pre-sales. Nearly 65% of buyers first look for information on social networks, and this is also true in BtoB. So you should see it as an additional shop window that can attract leads and result in appointments with salespeople. It will enable you to build relationships of mutual trust by placing the prospect at the heart of exchanges. These social networks (especially professional ones) obviously remain a sales prospecting tool for finding decision-makers and, above all, personalising your approach.

This is what we do every day at our communication agency Puck, by combining all these techniques with the ability to generate business for our clients.

User experience at the heart of service strategies

It can't be said often enough: UX, meaning user experience, matters all the more when your prospect is demanding, and in BtoB customers and prospects are even more demanding than elsewhere.

  • A chatbot used to drastically improve customer relations makes it possible to engage in conversation. Nearly 80% of e-commerce companies will use these tools to manage their customer service this year.
  • Similarly, automating the handling of customer requests is also a crucial principle in an acquisition strategy. You need to set up email scenarios that build a relationship with your prospects and, above all, nurture them with content that will make them more mature for a possible purchase. They will feel better supported and this will revive their interest.

Hyper-targeted advertising and personalised services

While French people are generally quite wary of personalised marketing, they accept this approach much more readily in a professional setting. Many companies are aware of how effective this method is in a professional context, particularly in terms of service. The figures don't lie: according to HBR, 86% of B2B buyers are likely to approve a purchase if the offer made to them is personalised. The study by Sales Initiative shows that 59% of buyers are much less receptive to generic sales pitches.

The revival of social networks and the power of their messaging services

The fact that decision-makers are getting younger is pushing companies to follow the emergence of new social networks. This can be a major differentiating factor, as many companies aren't on them. Snapchat and TikTok, at the top of the results for number of users worldwide, enable you to reach an audience that is both precise and broad. Even though the content is ephemeral, these new formats make it possible to communicate on a more personal, more human and sometimes even more daring level.

Green code

Soon, all brands' sites, services and digital content will also be judged by consumers through the prism of their carbon footprint. Fortunately, there are solutions for improving the energy balance of digital productions: green hosting, clean code, website ecodesign, carbon offsetting of video productions and so on. Let's not forget that digital also makes it possible to considerably reduce travel and meetings with salespeople. So this is a factor to take into account.

Content marketing - content factory

In B2B as in B2C, content marketing can no longer be ignored. In B2B, nearly 88% of companies use it. Quality content in sufficient volume supports marketing actions by making them credible. One requirement: responsiveness. The lifespan of content ranges from a few seconds to a day. So you have to be able to react quickly and adapt to peaks of activity on the networks.

The end of SEO as a traffic generator, but a visibility generator

A study by SEO specialist Rand Fishkin showed that users click less often on search results because the preview displayed by Google contains the answer to their query (15% of cases). This is known as Google's “No Click”.

The challenge is therefore clear for brands, because what they lose in traffic can be offset by a gain in visibility. But you still have to be the most legitimate source for answering internet users' questions, which comes down to the quality and relevance of content. This trend also shows that SEA (buying sponsored links) is an increasingly decisive lever for generating clicks and encouraging people to find out more about the brand.

THE 2020 GUIDE TO SOCIAL NETWORKS FOR COMMUNICATION AND MARKETING

Agence Puck 28 June 2020 0

The latest social network figures for 2020 report 3.8 billion users, or 49% of the world's population. They oblige us to get a better grasp of the real usefulness of each of these platforms, because we aren't all on them. However, when you work in communication and marketing, it's your duty to pin down the trends in order to understand consumers and adapt campaigns better. This is all the more necessary given that spending on online advertising has far exceeded spending on television advertising, and it should reach 260 billion by 2021.

Each platform now has a specific audience profile, in BtoB, BtoC or even BtoBtoC. As a consulting agency, it's our role to know the types of users of each social network and to adapt your content accordingly. This affects 3 areas of digital communication:

  • content,
  • digital media buying,
  • community management.

This article sheds light on the most popular and most visited social networks in the world today.

Snapchat - the ephemeral at all costs

hand holding a phone with the snapchat application open in the apple store

After a phase of explosive growth, initially among young people but not only them, Snapchat is now losing momentum in the face of counter-attacks from Facebook and Instagram (stories, filters, effects, etc.) and its failed redesign. But this social network can't be written off so easily, as Snapchat users watch an average of 10 billion videos a day (2 billion more than on Facebook).

Certain innovations have given it a new lease of life, such as Spectacles, the first glasses that record videos to share on social networks, and Shows, which allows longer content to be created (between 3 and 7 minutes): perfect for advertising.

Identity card

  • Audience in France: 19 million
  • 60% of 18-34 year olds use the social network every day, 75% every month
  • Snapchat is becoming a gateway to content with the “Discover” tab open to major media.
  • “Lenses” and “sponsored filters” potentially make each user a vehicle for your brand
Strategy on Snapchat in 2020

Use stories to communicate with your contacts through messages visible for 24 hours. Share on Snapchat whatever isn't meant to last: a spontaneous idea, a thought, a moment to share, a one-off event…

TikTok - the new idol of our young people

TikTok is the network of choice for people from Generation Z, no doubt because it's so easy to watch and produce 15-second music videos. The growth of this Chinese-born social network has been dazzling, with nearly 1 billion users worldwide. It's amusing to note that a similar idea, Vine, which no doubt arrived too early, didn't enjoy the same success.

phone with the logo of the tik tok application opening

Identity card

  • Audience in France: 6.5 million
  • Typical profile in France: girls aged 13 to 24 (51.34%),
  • Most users are aged between 13 and 17 (38.09%), ahead of 18-24 year olds (36.85%) and 25-34 year olds (19.99%),
  • TikTok lets you broadcast your light-hearted music videos to an ultra-responsive audience.
  • Influencer marketing really comes into its own on this platform.
Strategy on TikTok 2020

Difficult as it is to have a BtoB presence on TikTok, companies selling products from the music, fashion, luxury, travel and beauty sectors, etc. can seize the opportunity by showcasing them through fun videos (or by relying on influencers who already have an audience).

Facebook - the giant of social networks

The platform created by Mark Zuckerberg now has 2.2 billion active users worldwide, including 38 million in France. 65% of French people use it, proving that this platform is still the leading way of reaching your target. The platform is also growing through the acquisition of many other platforms such as Oculus Rift and Instagram and the integration of the latter into its advertising network.

It should be pointed out, however, that in France Facebook is losing engagement (although advertising finds it of definite interest thanks to its precise targeting) to platforms with which very young people identify more. It therefore remains vital to have a quality Facebook page. This applies in BtoC, but can also apply in BtoB, especially for anything to do with employer branding.

Identity card

  • Audience in France: 38 million
  • On average, users are aged between 18 and 49.
  • Many advertising opportunities through the partner sites and applications of the Facebook Audience Network, with very precise targeting.
  • A wide variety of advertising formats (Lead Ads, Product Ads, Dynamic Ads, Local Awareness Ads, Messenger Ads, WhatsApp Ads, etc.).
  • The arrival of new types of post (rich content with Facebook Canvas, slideshows, live videos, stories, filters, etc.).
  • Optimisation of existing features such as groups and pages, which are a favoured channel on this network.
  • The arrival of chatbots to automate customer relations.
Strategy on Facebook in 2020

Video in the broad sense (native video, live video and 360 video) is being used better and better by companies, despite an ageing audience. Stories are also the format still performing on Facebook. On the other hand, you have to accept the need for paid campaigns or risk going under your customers' radar.

Instagram - The time for reason

Instagram is a platform that draws its appeal from visual storytelling (short photo or video stories). Its audience in France is around 20 million monthly active users, and growth continues with innovations such as Instagram stories, 60-second videos, live streaming and Instagram TV

Influencer marketing is very important on this social network, with 25 million so-called professional profiles worldwide (including 2 million that report commercial results at the end of the year). It's a real advertising strategy, better suited to BtoC than BtoB, as overall 83% of users discover products and services through advertising.

Identity card

  • Audience in France: 20 million
  • The largest age group is 25-34 year olds, followed by users aged 18 to 24
  • The integration of Instagram advertising into the Facebook platform makes targeting possibilities almost infinite.
  • The regular arrival of new post formats (stories, videos, carousels, etc.), specialised mobile applications (Boomerang, Layout, IGTV, etc.) and effects (filters, slow motion, loops, stickers, music, etc.) has so far made it possible to keep up with usage.
Strategy on Instagram in 2020

Share visual experiences and a lifestyle (your company's, your customers') rather than passing on conventional posts or downloaded photos. Also use Instagram's native features: stories, short videos, filters and collages to talk about your projects or products. Test advertising on Instagram alongside your conventional campaigns.

LinkedIn - The most professional of networks

LinkedIn is the professional platform of choice. The advent of “social selling” techniques has really enabled LinkedIn to play a role in lead generation, whereas it was long the platform for people who wanted to change jobs. Video is also a tool taking up more space on this platform, giving marketers, BtoB buyers and job seekers the opportunity to approach video storytelling in a professional setting.

Identity card

  • Audience in France: 12.1 million
  • Average age on LinkedIn: 40

With the acquisition of Pulse (news application), Slideshare (online slideshow sharing) and Lynda (online training and tutorials), LinkedIn has positioned itself in the sharing of information and knowledge for companies.

LinkedIn has managed to address the specific needs of each of its users – marketers, salespeople, employees, job seekers, headhunters – by releasing features and applications suited to each use (LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, etc.)

Note that LinkedIn's algorithm is becoming demanding. You now have to show a real engagement strategy for your posts to be displayed. Media investment in sponsored content must be just as demanding. The target audience of this network doesn't click on just anything.

Strategy on LinkedIn in 2020

Regularly publish “storytelling” posts, videos and photos. Also use the “Articles” feature to publish long posts directly on LinkedIn. Don't hesitate to tag your network and involve your employees in sharing your content in a structured way (see the LinkedIn Elevate application, designed to make this easier for you). Finally, include your sales teams in discussions about the strategy to put in place on LinkedIn to generate leads.

Pinterest - a social marketplace

Pinterest is still growing strongly. Its maximum potential lies in its ability to arouse desire and encourage product sales. Since it added buy buttons to its pins in 2015, more than 60% of users have used them to make purchases (43% more than on other platforms). So it's a perfect platform for BtoC product sales needs. This is confirmed by its marketing director Michael Akkerman: “75% of the 50 billion pins are linked to a brand, either because a brand has published one of its products or because a user has pinned a brand's product”

Identity card

  • Audience in France: 10.9 million / Worldwide audience: 322 million
  • 44% of female internet users have a Pinterest account, compared with just 16% of men
  • Users are of all ages: between 18 and 64 on average.

Promoted Videos gives brands a unique opportunity not only to reach consumers but also to address them in the places where they usually shop, where they have already shown an interest in a product, and where a single click is all it takes to buy.

Pinterest is working hard to win over brands (for example, Product Pins now let you publish photos of your products while automatically updating the product name, price and availability according to changes made on your e-commerce site)

Pinterest strategy in 2020

Set up sponsored pins to test performance in terms of product sales. Also favour “inspirational” pins on themes that have already proven themselves (beauty, health, luxury, art, nature, etc.), but don't forget that high visual quality in your content is essential. In BtoB, infographics and diagrams work well.

YouTube - the benchmark social media platform for your videos

YouTube is the second-largest search engine after Google and is therefore holding out against the advent of new video formats seen on Snapchat and TikTok. The video platform totals 2 billion hours of viewing, an increase of 104% over 3 years.

Identity card

Audience in France: 46 million unique monthly visitors

  • 52% are aged between 25 and 49
  • Integration of its videos into Google search results
  • The launch of new advertising formats (Bumper ads, Shopping ads that display a product on a video, etc.)
  • Technological innovations to stay in the race (4K quality, cards on videos, 360-degree and 3D videos, virtual reality, live streaming, live and 360 videos, etc.)
YouTube strategy in 2020

Focus on videos with SEO potential (tutorial videos) or sharing potential (videos using an emotional lever: surprise, laughter, anger, sadness, etc., or inspirational videos). It's a very useful platform for companies to make their video media available.

Twitch - The new king of live streaming

Twitch was originally the social network for gamers. With nearly 9 billion cumulative hours of viewing today, it's the undisputed leader in live streaming, ahead of all other social networks, and is gradually taking large shares of the market from the major television channels (especially American ones)

The principle is simple: you can stream live games of almost any title played online on a computer or games console. But they have managed to bring together a community wider than just gamers, making it a media platform in its own right with very significant advertising opportunities.

Identity card

  • Users watch an average of 95 minutes of video a day
  • The average age of a user: 21
  • Amazon bought Twitch in 2014 for $1 billion
  • 3.8 million streamers broadcast on Twitch last February
  • A young user base, with 73% of users under 35.
Strategy on Twitch in 2020

If you have a live stream to run, this is the platform to broadcast it on, as with the “débathon”, in which ministers debated live with many young people.

Twitter - A platform for speaking out

Twitter remains the platform of excellence when it comes to speaking out on the web and working on your image and relationship with your customers. It's true that many journalists, experts, business leaders and politicians use Twitter as a media platform.

Identity card

  • Audience in France: 14.5 million
  • On average, users are aged between 18 and 29
  • The introduction of relevance algorithms for ranking tweets automatically favours advertising
  • New advertising formats for brands (Twitter cards, Twitter polls, conversational ads, carousels, etc.)
  • The regular arrival of tools for the media (Curator, etc.) and celebrities (Twitter Camera, Twitter Q&A, etc.)
  • The acquisition of applications to complement its ecosystem (most recently Vine and Periscope, which are video applications)
Strategy on Twitter in 2020

Use images or video, include statistics in your tweets, add hashtags and don't include links when they aren't necessary. On average, these techniques generate more retweets. However, only the regularity of your posts will make the difference. Personalisation is also an asset, in which case it's important to define your editorial line clearly and develop your network and interactions accordingly.

Messaging-type social networks

Discord, WhatsApp, WeChat, Messenger: messaging applications are growing faster than conventional social networks, and many of them have passed one billion active users. As an example, let's focus on Discord, where 56 million people reportedly log in at least once a month and 850 million messages are reportedly exchanged every day. This service, halfway between a social network and a chat, is now valued at two billion dollars. Discord has managed to bring together a large community and, along with TikTok, is the new star platform for teenagers.

What will the uses be? It's still hard to say, but messaging services are already replacing SMS and could bring together an ever-greater number of conversations that used to take place in public on social networks. These messaging services are also very good platforms for advertising.

Identity cards

  • Discord is the messaging platform of Generation Z
  • WhatsApp has launched a Business version and has an audience of 31 million in France
  • Facebook Messenger now includes advertising, while Facebook ads can now redirect requests to Messenger
  • Viber has launched groups of almost unlimited size.

There are of course dozens of other social media. Following the trend for the most fashionable social networks isn't necessarily the wisest thing to do. Simply be where your customers are. For example, if you decide to set up in China you will need a WeChat, Qzone, Sina Weibo and Tencent account, but this issue will no doubt be the subject of other articles on the Agence Puck blog.

PLANET LEASING FINDS ITS POSITIONING

Agence Puck 7 September 2018 0

How do you find the right niche to launch your business? Planet Leasing, an automotive leasing concierge service for professionals, found it with Agence Puck.

Pascal Boujeant has solid experience in car distribution. He had been thinking of launching his own business for several years, but car distribution is a mature market where it isn't easy to make your mark.

While car leasing is a fast-growing niche, certain major players are already well established in it. So a way had to be found of not competing directly with these established players.

The idea: to focus on service for professionals.

Agence Puck therefore proposed developing the first automotive leasing concierge service. The positioning is simple. The target is the liberal professions and small businesses: people who need to drive and don't always have time to go round the dealerships to choose a vehicle.

Planet Leasing offers them a totally personalised service and a welcome time saving: selection and presentation of vehicles, and associated services (maintenance, tyres, etc.).

Bringing this positioning to life

The mission was to create the communication tools as well as the brand's name and visual identity. It was also to assess the relevance of this positioning and adjust the services and messaging in terms of communication.

The company has gradually developed partnerships to expand its range of services, even coming to fill up your car for you at home.

The company is already meeting its target, and its first customers: doctors, lawyers and company directors all over France have found undeniable advantages in the Planet Leasing service and, above all, support that has relieved them of formalities and searches.

Don't hesitate to turn to this young company with a bright future. There's just one address: www.planet-leasing.fr, and to Puck to launch your businesses and new product ranges. And if you do turn to them, mention the code “PUCK” in your request to benefit from special offers on your leasing.

PUCK HARVESTS WITH CASE IH

Agence Puck 13 September 2017 0

Following a long consultation, Agence Puck has won the account for Case IH France. The brand is the world leader in tractors and combine harvesters. The collaboration will cover many on- and offline fields, from advertising to social networks, digital and media.

Case IH corporate advertising visual stone scales weighing a 1 euro coin evenly against a red tractor communication
