When technical complexity holds back sales

In the aviation industry, expertise isn't enough: you also have to know how to show it. Eclipse Global Connectivity, a specialist in integrating connectivity solutions on civil, government and military aircraft, faced a classic problem for high-value B2B players: how do you demonstrate overall systems expertise to people who don't have time to read 40 pages of technical documentation?

Its offer covers design, engineering, integration, certification and deployment across entire fleets. An impressive scope, but almost invisible on a PowerPoint slide.

The Puck approach: making the invisible visible

Our response: a two-minute 3D animated video, designed as a premium engineering film.

Not a product catalogue. Not a corporate presentation. A visual narrative that follows exactly the integration logic that Eclipse Global Connectivity has mastered: from the antenna assembled component by component on an Airbus A350, to the data streams travelling through the aircraft from cabin to cockpit, via satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO).

Each scene was built around a precise intention:

  • Scene 1: an A350 rotating slowly. The tone is set: serious, credible, expert.
  • Scene 2: exploded view of the antenna and its components (fittings, baseplate, harness, fairing…), then gradual assembly. You don't just put an antenna on an aircraft: you integrate it.
  • Scene 3: server, modem, WAP, power supply… the network comes to life inside the structure. Streams of light show connectivity where it really flows.
  • Scene 4: satellite visualisation (LEO in the foreground, GEO and MEO in the background) and simulation of the round-trip signal, with visual markers for filtering and security.
  • Scene 5: stress maps, engineering overlays… we see that certification isn't a final step: it's a common thread.
  • Scene 6: the aircraft multiplies. We go from 1 to N. The industrial capability of Eclipse Global Connectivity becomes tangible.

The video opens on one aircraft and closes on a fleet circling the globe. In between, the viewer has understood why Eclipse Global Connectivity is a single supplier, accountable end to end, DOA-certified since 2003 and POA-certified since 1998.

That's the challenge of a well-built B2B video: turning invisible expertise into visible proof. And making sure that, at the end of the two minutes, the prospect has only one question: “When can we work together?”
