Faced with changing energy and environmental regulations, Sylvania Group wanted to develop the communication around its Build & Trust programme and assert its role as a partner to construction professionals.

The challenge: to design a document capable of making complex regulatory topics accessible, while highlighting the end-to-end support offered by Sylvania.

Making regulation accessible and concrete

EPBD directive, French Tertiary Decree, BACS, energy performance… Companies and building managers have to deal with numerous requirements and deadlines that can be hard to grasp.

The agency therefore carried out in-depth work on structuring, prioritising and writing the content, in order to turn these regulatory constraints into clear, directly useful information. The approach: start from the constraints professionals face and present Sylvania's solutions and expertise in response.

Bringing coherence to the Build & Trust offer

Beyond regulation, the document had to convey the full scope of Build & Trust : support that extends from design to installation, through to the management, financing and maintenance of equipment.

Agence Puck devised a coherent editorial and graphic direction, in keeping with the Build & Trust identity: an architectural world, industry imagery, a palette of greens and a system of 3D cubes as a common thread.

The result: a document that is educational, commercial and premium, which enables Sylvania to make regulation easier to read, showcase its expertise and position Build & Trust as a concrete response to the new energy challenges facing buildings.
