As École des Fleuristes de Paris and the Chambre Syndicale des Fleuristes d’Île-de-France, our client needed to bring together and engage a community of florists, future florists and anyone else with a passion for floral art.

Since 2019, we have been handling their community management in order to increase their visibility and awareness and to bring the community together around content likely to interest the profession as well as the School's current and future students.

Our community manager produces content about the School's highlights, promoting its courses, its teachers and the florist's trade on social media. This content can include:

  • the graphic design,
  • the video editing,
  • the photo shoots,
  • the copywriting,
  • and community engagement such as publishing polls or organising competitions.

The quality of publications is paramount, particularly on Instagram, where the beauty of the image and the layout of the feed guarantee credibility with the target audience. That's why, in 2022, we invested in Instagram to offer meaningful, almost artistic photographs, increasing the number of followers by 20% in under 4 months.

The posts published on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) are also the result of content curation by the community manager, which keeps the community informed about the latest tips and news in the trade.

The reports produced each quarter make it possible to analyse the key performance indicators (KPIs) achieved on the different social networks and, if necessary, to adapt the content according to what did or didn't work with followers.

Mastering the codes of social media is essential for a company's visibility. It helps optimise organic search rankings (SEO) and makes a digital communication strategy succeed through user engagement.
